Meaningful training has a permanent effect, both for individuals and for their organisation. For training to really add value, it needs to be captured when individuals return to the workplace.
When training, I speak from personal knowledge and experience, and draw selectively on theoretical business models only where they are directly relevant. This successfully ensures that my training improves performance permanently, and provides candidates with skills which they will still use, years into the future.
My training not only gives candidates the right skills, but the ability to be able to apply them in the workplace. People actually start changing during my training, giving them the confidence to know that they can make a positive difference back in a business context.
